[Fargo, ND] – Construction of the Stormwater Diversion Channel and Associated Infrastructure is necessitating the closure of County Road 81 to thru traffic between the cities of Harwood and Argusville, N.D. Traffic will be detoured to Interstate 29 during the closure.
The closure will begin on May 9, 2023, and last until September 2023, when the County Road 81 bypass is scheduled to be completed and re-opened to traffic.
Limited access will be provided for local farm traffic on an as needed basis and must be coordinated with ASN Constructors who will safely direct traffic through the work areas.
