 I-29 southbound lane closure

FARGO, N.D. – A one-mile stretch of the southbound driving lane (right lane) of I-29 will be closed south of Argusville, North Dakota, beginning June 2, 2023. This closure, from near mile marker 75 to just south of mile marker 76, is necessary for the construction of the FM Area Diversion project’s I-29 bypass. The lane closure is expected to be in effect until August 1, 2023.  Speeds will be reduced in the project area, and a 16-foot-wide lane for oversized loads will be maintained.  For more information about the FM Area Diversion project, visit www.fmdiversion.gov.
