Short-Term Lane Closure on I-29

ByTara Ekren /

A short-term lane closure is planned for the northbound Interstate 29 passing lane near mile marker 75. Work will begin on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, and is expected to last up to a week, depending on weather conditions. This closure is necessary to accommodate construction traffic for upcoming work.

During this time motorists are asked to remain alert to changing traffic patterns. Speed will be reduced to 55mph through the construction zone, and lane widths are expected to be maintained.
