As part of the ongoing construction of the stormwater diversion channel portion of the FM Area Diversion project, a temporary lane closure is needed on County Road 14, southwest of Horace, between 81st Street S and 168th Avenue SE. Flaggers will be in place to coordinate traffic through the closure.
The closure is planned to begin September 29, 2025, and last through October 8, 2025. Dates of the closure will be dependent on weather and may change.
ASN Constructors will be completing culvert installation in preparation of opening the CR 14 crossing to traffic in late October.
Delays are expected as traffic will come to a stop to navigate through the lane closure. The public is asked to allow extra time and remain alert to changing conditions when driving through this construction zone.
